My 9 month old miniature poodle, Pepper, loves bananas.
Are they harmful to her digestive system? What other fruits can I feed her. She enjoys her dry Purina Select as well.

Don't ever give her any grapes or resins.  It is only in recent years they were traced to many dog deaths.  As far as I know, there is nothing wrong with bananas.  But not long ago, I would have said that about grapes.  Who knows what may be next?  The safest thing, even with the current recalls, is to feed a dry chow like you are, and at the most, token amounts of anything else.  My dogs love ice cubes as a treat.  It is a bit of a learned behavior.  I am keeping a 2 month old for friends.  She is confused when I give them all an ice cube.  She thinks the big dogs have something better and tries to steal what they have.
