hey i have a female poodle named wolf which is kind and friendly with us so we brought from 2 weeks ago a new man poodle which is so aggressive and so nervous and we can at control him he do bladder everywhere i can at teach him because he will get nervous and will bite me and from one week my mom was playing with him so bites her i don at know what to do with him and i don at know how to train him with this aggressiveness please help

The first step is to neuter him if not already.  He is aggressive because the breeder was irresponsible and used an aggressive dog as breeding stock.  If you were thinking of breeding, please look into it very carefully starting at www.akc.org.  

The key to most behavior problems is approaching things using the dog's natural instincts.  Dogs see all the people and dogs in the household as a pack with each having their own rank in the pack and a top dog.  Life is much easier if the 2 legged pack members outrank the 4 legged ones.  You can learn to play the role of top dog by reading some books or going to a good obedience class. A good obedience class or book is about you being top dog, not about rewarding standard commands with a treat.
