Bubble Sounds

Question
My 10 wk old make Toy Poodle is supposed to be asleep right now and I am hearing bubble sounds coming from his bed. What does that mean?

Hello Alexis,
You aren't being specific enough about the bubble sounds.  I need to know if the sounds are coming from your dogs stomach or his bowel.  
If its from his stomach, it could be his digestive process working (sometimes that can be noisy) and if its his bowel, it is most likely just gas (so don't get too close to his rear for a few hours).  

He could also have diarrhea because that makes a bubbly sound.  If it gets bad, you can give him 2 cc of Pepto Bismol to help.  Observe him for a couple days and if the sounds get worse or don't stop, you may want to contact your Vet.
