Bleeding

My toy poodle loves his groomer.  As soon as she puts him up on the table he gets a huge erection, and his penis stays out the entire time.  When I picked him up today she said that he ejaculated blood.  She said that he didn't seem to be in any pain. His testicles never came down when he was a puppy. He's acting fine; playing, eating, no sign of discomfort.  My groomer mentioned that this had happened before with him, about 18 months ago.  Should I panic?  What could this be?

Sorry it took so long to answer.  Its been a long week/weekend.  
I have had dogs do this when grooming, it tends to be caused by excitement, or if I have groomed a female dog.  When they ejaculate blood, it just means a capilary broke and bled a little bit.  This is nothing to panic about.  Just sometimes happens with un-neutered male dogs.
