QUESTION: my pitbull is about 1 1/2 . male american/brindle mix. he started scratching and itching excessively about 1 yr ago. when we took them to the vet she said (after testing) it more than likely was an allergy to something outside. it has worsened and now his eyes are hairless around them. loss of appetite, and avtivity has decreased. beniful is his food, when he eats.any suggestions?

Your vet will say that it is a good food but it is not...It is just a fair food.  The Beneful food is not good...about as poor as the Science diet..Sorry,
