Excitement problem

I have a 5 month old black lab, whenever he gets excited he pees on the floor. If i give him treats he does this, going to put his leash on for a walk, ect. I try to do everything outside as he does this everytime, but its  very cold, and i find by having to only play outside he does not get the attention he needs. Any suggestions? Thanks

I had a puppy like that, that fortunately outgrew it.  Try keeping him drained. Continue as you say, but once he urinates outside, you should be able to bring him and play with him without more urination.  May have to let him go a couple of times outside before going in.

You might also have the vet check to make sure a bladder infection isn't keeping him from emptying his bladder.
