feeding lab puppy

This is just the site I have been longing to find.  I am so concerned that I am feeding my dog the best food and the right amount.  I have been feeding Natural Balance Ultra Premium dry. 1 cup three times a day.  She is 18 weeks.  What do you think is the absolute best food out
there?  preferably dry, but I mix with wet for dinner.  Is OK to microwave wet food before mixing?  What age should she be spayed?  or is it neutered for female? Thank you so much.

Hello I havent heard of this kibble before. I really like Authority from petsmart stores, Blue Buffalo & Nutro. She should be on a large breed puppy kibble. Dry is better for the dogs teeth I reccomend soft food only when the dog can not eat dry kibble...when they are very young or old and have few teeth left. No the kibble isnt supposed to micro waved. She can be spayed at 6/7 months and this should be before her first cycle....after the first cylce the dog is at more risk of getting cancers of the reprotive organs then if she was spayed before her cycle. It is Spayed for a female. Three times a day for feeding is perfect adn 1 cup each time sounds fine but feed according the to package guidelines you never want to underfeed a puppy but three cups seems enough for a 18 week old puppy.
