itching

i have a 10 mo old choc. lab, in the last 2 weeks she has started scratching alot (back legs) we moved from an apartment to a house that has tile (dont know if that is it just trying to think of what is could be)

It could be the tile, or lower humidity, or something else.  Feed a decent chow and as little else as possible, seldom if ever bathe the dog, and brush it daily with a soft bristled brush.  You might add a teaspoon a day of liquid cooking oil to its food.

If following that, it is no better in a few weeks, talk to the vet about allergies.
