vegetarian diet

hi.
  I have a 7 month old female dog.we are vegetarians therefore cannot include any kind of meat in her diet.We feed her home cooked food which consists of lots of vegetables in less oil along with chapati and dal.One meal in a day also consists  of vegetarien pedigree.We wanted to know what other kinds of food we should include in her diet to ensure that she doesnt suffer due to the absence of meat.Also we wanted to know if we should give her milk along with her pedigree because alot of people have said that milk is difficult to digest.

You are correct, dogs have trouble digesting the lactose in cows' milk.  

Likely the vegetarian Pedigree is carefully formulated to give a complete and balanced diet without using meat.  The best way to assure she is getting a god diet would be to fed it and nothing else.
