Not Sleeping & drinking Water

Hello,

I have a 40 days Labrador Retriever puppy, his name is Casper. he is not sleeping whole night he wants to play in morning 3 am- am %26 after he got something to eat %26 sleep uptown 9 am. can you tell me how get my puppy sleep in whole the night.
Casper also not drinking one seep of water also is it ok?

He may not be able to sleep clear through the night for another month.  I have found lying down in front of the crate like you were going to sleep and speaking softly to it, or singing, until it settles down and goes to sleep works very well. Follow the pattern, a period of active play, outside to eliminate, and then into the crate.

If you are adding water to its food, it is possible it may be gettign all the water it needs.  Otherwise, pinch up its skin.  If it fails to go back down, it is dehydrated and needs to see a vet.
