Question
Hi,

I bought a 45 days old lab puppy, i was feeding ceralac(indian child food). Now she is two months old and i am feeding the below food and time
7.00 am - Royalcanin
11.00am - Finger millet boiled
3.00 pm - Royalcanin
8.00pm  - Finger millet boiled

Please let me know this food and feeding timings are enough to grow puppy well. This is our first puppy. Please help on this.

Answer
Hi Uma,

I think you are covered as far as your pup's food is concerned. Royal Canine is excellent for Pups. Timings are also ok. You can include some milk - but boil it and thin it with 50% water so its easier for your pup to digest. (there's a big debate on whether milk is good for a lab or not - however, i've always fed milk to all my labs)

I have not seen your pup so i cannot comment on how you should exactly time his meals and when you should change his meal timings. I would strongly recommend a Vet who can come for a visit and recommend your pup's meal timings.

best,
Sam
