My dog has started shedding lots of hair, it has a couple of other issues, it is not doing potty when sent out, it has a typical odor, we give it a bath and after two days it starts emitting again...

Labs shed alot 2 times a year, but if it's combined with odor, there might be an issue.  Typically feeding a cheap food will make a dog lose it's fur and cause it to have an odor.  Also, washing it too much isn't helpful.  You can rinse with clean water, but not bathe with soap.  Look for a dog product that you might be able to spray on the coat to freshen the smell.

About not going potty, I would see a vet about that.
