QUESTION: is it ok to give marley glucosamine joint care to help keep his joints healthy since he is a larger dog? he takes 3 tabs a day each at 500 mgs and also has 100 mgs of vitamin c. i want to do what is best for him and keep him healthy.

Answer
While it's good to give the glucosamine supplement, just know that while it helps in joint  health, it won't prevent anything.  So if the dog is predisposed to have hip dysplasia, giving glucosamine won't keep him from getting it.  I just wanted to put that out there because some folks end up surprised when their dog has an issue, but they've been supplementing since the dog was a puppy.

It's certainly OK to give it though.
