Best food for puppy

I am picking up my chocolate lab next weekend and want to know the best food to feed him. I was in the local pet store and they were trying to sell me propac large breed puppy. Is this a good food to purchase. Thanks for your help.

Ideally, it's best to keep a puppy on the same food the breeder is feeding for at least a 20# bag.  Even if you don't like the quality of the food.  A pup goes through a very stressful time learning his new environment so it's best not to mess with the food right away.  

I don't know anything about Propac.  I wean my pups onto Pro Plan Puppy food and my adults get Pro Plan Selects food.  

Before you make a decision as the breeder about what the pup is eating now.
