Question
I have a 3 year old German Shephard Tango. He is a very active dog and was at one time 36 kgs. He has in the last 4 months lost 11 kgs and is now 25 kgs due to constant diarhhoe. We have shown him to three vets and they all give him some medicine which takes care of his stool till the time he is on them, but the moment they are over he gets watery stools. Infact nowadays he has motions like water every day infact twice a day.  I am extremely worried. Please help us. I love my dog more than anything and can't afford to loose him. He has not lost appetite and does not vomit.

Answer
Try a bland diet for for a week or 2.

Bland recovery diet for dogs.

3 parts cooked rice, one part boiled hamburger or chicken, or cottage cheese. I think you can substitute boiled potatoes for the rice. Once in an emergency, we bought a plain baked potato from Wendy's.

This is meant for short time settling a dog's digestive tract. It is not the complete and balanced diet they need long term. I have seen it work.

If that firms him up, you still need to slowly switch to a dog chow.  One that is different from the current one.  Replacing one chicken and rice with another likely won't help.
