Overexcited Dog

My German Sheperd, Alfie is out of control and I don't know what to do! He attcks anyone who comes near him, apart from myself. It has been going on for nearly a month and I am at my wits end. Can you offer any much-needed advice?

You do not say how old the dog is.?
Get a spray bottle of water, add a tad bit of vinegar in it and spry his face good with it along with the command word: NO NO.
Be firm and do not play a game, make sure your in control of this dog as all dogs need a leader and boss to teach right from wrong.  Dogs cannot teach theirselves.   They totally rely on human contact, they are pack animals.  Once alone, they bond and listen to their owner and Boss.
Work daily on a leash with sit, come, down commands.  Do not work longer than ten minutes at a time, but daily exeercise and training is a must.
