German Shepard-popping left hip socket

I noticed a popping sound coming from my 7month old german shepard puppy. I'm former K-9, military and don't ever recall this one. She's from germany and east germany background with V1 and V2. The breeder guarntees hip displesia but isn't this alittle young for it? I'll wait for your answere before a X-ray.

The hips aren't fully formed at this time.  You want to keep her lean, usually no problem with a Shepherd.  You should also be feeding an adult chow to slow growth allowing more time for the hips to develop under less stress.  Just be careful to make sure the actual calcium is less than 1.5%.  Some adult chows have too much.
