my german shepherd nose color

Question
Kilo is a 5 month old gsd, all is good with one exception. His black nose is turning pink/red for no apparent reason!Would you be able to share an opinion with respect to this issue? Backgrond information: Kilo was imported from a well respected breeder in Germany & I have not seen this in any of their other breedings.

It is common in yellow Labs and other breeds in the winter with less sun.  I think I have heard of it in Shepherds and it is a defect in showing.  Even the best breeders don't produce all grand champions.  It shouldn't be a problem unless you plan to show.  If you do, you need to see what the breed standards say.
