toddler and puppy

Our new german shepherd puppy is very aggressive toward out 3 yr old daughter, who is beginning to be afraid of the dog. How can we train the puppy to not bite/scratch our daughter when playing?

Get a spray bottle of water, add a tbsp vinegar and when it gets rough spray his face good.  Holler, NO NO.  Be firm as this puppy knows now a person it can bully, so now u must get in charge and stop it now.  It will only get worse, pick up the back of its neck the hair and shake and pinch his skin while u shake back n forth and loudly say NO NO MORE!!
