my dog had 3 puppies on July 29, only one of which survived, and then later died from my mom stepping on it on accident. My dog had to have a cesarean section.  right now she has all these bumps around her nipples and i am not sure what to do or what is wrong with her. my vet said that he thinks she is fine but i wanted to get a second opinion because i want to make sure she is okay. the best way i can describe it is that there are tons of little bumps.
