Sick Puppy

My 8 week old boxer pup is not her normally self. When I got home today and let her out of her cage she went out and used the bathroom like usual, then she had a diarrhea, but when she came back in the house she would not eat her treat or her dinner.  She only ate a little of her lunch today either.  She has slept most of the evening which is unusual for her.  She does not want to play, or is she doing any of the normal things she does.  She also looks unusually lean today.  Three days ago we mixed some new food in with her food but today is the only day that she would not eat.  I am not sure what to do.
