Boxers eyes

I have a brindle boxer and have had her since she was a puppy. Her eye drainage/boogers are pretty bad now but were not as bad when she was younger. The drainage/boogers make her face stink. I try my hardest to keep her face clean and smelling good but can't be there 24/7.I have tried changing her food, wipes and allergy medicines from a local pet store. Could it be an infection and should I make an appointment with the vet.?

A stink smell could be a yeast infection.

Eye "boogers" are common, and food allergies can exaggerate it, however, environmental allergies can too, especially in seasonal changes such as the pending spring.

Take her to the vet and be sure to tell him or her that her face smells.
