What is the average weight in Kilos for year old male boxer?

An adult male Boxer should weigh about 30-32 kilos (66-70 lbs.) (at a height of 57-63 cms/22.5-25 ins).   Most male Boxers do not reach their full growth until around three years of age, at least, so a year-old male would not be at this weight yet.  Dogs grow at different rates, you really want to go by condition more than weight, but in general at a year old I'd say a male would weigh around 27 kilos (60 lbs).  Ideally you want to just see the outline of the last two or three ribs, and when you feel the ribs they should feel like the back of your hand.
