The only "problem" is that there's no such thing as a black Boxer. The Boxer does not carry the gene for a solid black coat color; any Boxer which has a solid black coat (no fawn ground color clearly visible) has another breed in the background. (Some heavily-brindled puppies may look solid black at birth, but brindling spreads as the pups get older, so as an adult that puppy will have a few strips of fawn visible.) Boxers come in fawn and brindle, with varying degrees of white markings. I have a couple of articles on the subject here:
