Heat and Vaginal Discharge in Boston;

My 10 month old boston is having vaginal discharge but isn't bleeding. Is it possible for her to be in heat? or does she have a virus?

Hi Kelsey, Yes, sounds like she is in season ( heat).
The bleeding won't start for another 5 days or more.  This discharge is normal as long as it is clear or yellow in color.  Bloody streaks are fine to see, also.
Call your vet if she seems in any pain or discomfort.
Sounds about normal to me.
