Best Fence for Beagles

Hi, I have installed an electrical underground fences and my beagles were fine for a while and just all of a sudden started going out of it; so now I'm considering putting a regular fence up.  What type of fencing would be best for two beagles in a yard?

Hi, yeah I have heard about this happening. They either figure out where the weak spot is through repetition or they brave the shock and then also through repetition become immune to it.

I don't know what material is best but I do know it needs to be something that is sunk deep in the ground so they cannot dig out of it which their specialty, I would give you a warning though that using chain link is dangerous to dogs and cats because they can hang themselves. THe only way to be sure the don't is to not leave a collar on them but if you do that and they get away they then have no id tags.
