separation anxiety

We have to leave our beagle for 3 days. He hates the kennels.
Would it work to leave him at home and have someone come in 3
or 4 times a day?

Answer
This is a tough question because I don't know your dogs or his habits. I know when I go away as long as I have someone here during the day once or twice and stay overnight mine are fine but the overnight for mine is key. They have never been alone at night, nor have they ever been kenneled.

I am not sure I can help you with this as you know your beagle and your home situation best. It depends on how long he is used to being alone and if you think he will be destructive at night.
