my baby beagle is 14 weeks old and dosnt seem to like to go for walks, not sure if its just because its cold and dark, is this usuall???

Hi, yes this is not uncommon with any puppy. They are not used to all the sounds and scents and especially a leash pulling them. If it is dark and cold that makes it even scarier. Try taking some treats with you and encourage your pup to follow you with the treats. Never yank or pull them this just reinforces there is something to be afraid of..... YOU! Tke shorts walks until your pup is feeling more confident. eVENTUALLY YOUR PUP WILL BE DYING TO GO OUT THE DOOR!!
