cat is pulling her hair out

hello,
    i have a orange and white cat..she has been pulling her fur out lately and is all blothcy.yet she is an indoor cat and i have given her flea treatments,what could the problem be?

Well, I'm afraid I need more information. Is the skin where the hair was irritated? If so, is it red, does it have scabs on it or what? Please describe.  Is there a specific part of her body that she seems to be going after or is it all over?  Have you recently changed her food or environment in any way? Have you yourself had contact with any other animals in the last month or so? (You can bring home flea eggs on your clothes, you know.)

Answer these questions for me and I'll be able to give you a more useful answer -- I hope!
