Licking and Meowing

Question
My cat licks plastic bags all the time.  As soon as I sit one down he goes straight for it.  Have you ever heard of this.  Also he meow's alot.  If I go outside and come back in, he is waiting for me just inside the door.  I will walk past him and a short time later he is standing at the door meowing for me.  I think he may have been taken from his mother too early.

nah, sounds to me like he is just a talker and loves attention.

the plastic bag thing.....well sometimes cats like the smell of a plastic bag so they lick it. or chew it or tear it up. i wouldnt let him have bags anymore, not a good thing if he eats some of it.
