I'd like to know what breed "Jinx" from "Meet the Parents" belongs to?

Jinx is a Himalayan.  I believe she is a seal point.

A Himalayan is a Persian with a Siamese like pattern, i.e., color restricted to the ears, the face, the paws, the tail, and the private parts.  They come with blue eyes.
