Questionthis is such an embaressing question for me to have to ask you because I am often asked this as I work in the animal field...what is the BEST method for cleaning cats' ears? now don't get me wrong, i know how to do it, and i know how to do it fairly well, but i see advantages and disadvantages to most of my methods and others i have heard about. also could u give me a recommendation for a good ear cleaning solution for cats, homemade or store bought is fine (once again, i know some good ones and some not so good ones, i just need clarity). thank you so much,

AnswerHi Tim.
The mest thing that I have found to clean out my babies' ears is honestly just a little mineral oil on a cotton ball. That works the best for me... and the mineral oil doesn't do them any harm, as I'm sure you know). Grab a little bottle of the mineral oil at any drug store, and you'll be fine. It'll last you forever.
Good luck!
