My 7 week old male kitten

Hi Jillian, Just last week I got a kitten (male) and when i got him they said he was litter trained but he wont go in the little box at all, ever since i brought him home. He is peeing and all that fun stuff all over my apartment and I have no idea what to do. I don't want to get rid of it cause i have a daughter who really likes him. I tired using the same litter they gave me for him and when i noticed he wouldn't go in that i changed it and he still wont go in this one either. Hopefully you can help. Thank you for your time.

Hopefully by now your problem is solved.  For starters, confine him to a bathroom with his litterbox.  Once he goes in there regularly he can have access to the whole house.

Otherwise it is likely a medical problem such as crystals in the urine and he needs a vet.
