Kittens Eyes

Question
My kittens are a few weeks old, and their eyes are open. However, every once and a while their eyes will be glued shut with goop? Why is this and is it bad for them?

Hi Jordan,

This could be something such as conjunctivitis or a herpes infection in the kit's eyes. You need to take the little ones to the vet to get them checked out. In the meantime use warm water and cotton balls to clean their eyes. Good luck.
