kittens living together

Question
Is it true that if you get 2 kittens from the same litter, one may go and find another home?
This has happened to me one of my kittens age 10 months now has gone to live around the corner with another family and pops back now and again.

No that isn't true. The family may be feeding him really good stuff. Are you sure he lives with them or is he just paling around over there? I believe that cats shouldn't be let outside. Too many bad things can happen to them. Maybe next time he comes over it's time to make sure he doesn't wander. That's part of being a responsible pet parent. Good luck.
