I was wondering was cat urine is dry is it transferable from object to another if touched. Was also wondering how to find urine once it is dry.

Yes, cat urine can transfer between objects even when dry - we may not be able to smell such transfer but cats certainly can. The best way to find dry cat urine is to use a black light, cat urine will fluoresce under the black light. In order to properly clean cat urine whether it's wet or dry you will need to invest in an enzymatic cleaner such as Petzyme (Petsmart carries this in the dog section).
