My cat is not the same

My cat Prince Charlie Jr., a short hair taby, is about 3years old and was fixed two years ago. For the most part he's a semi-hyper cat, climbing on top of the house and playing with the other cats but keeps close to home. He likes to come in at night and be out during the day. For about 2 weeks now he's been acting like he's in slow-motion and eats very little.  He dosen't look sick or appears to have any broken bones, but likes to sleep more than usual.

Hi Julia.  This is definitely a sign that Prince Charlie Jr is sick.  Cats hide pain and illness very well.  He could be extremely sick and not really show any symptoms.  You should get him to the vet immediately.  Cats who drastically reduce their food intake are at risk for a disease called Fatty Liver Disease, which causes liver failure and is usually fatal without hospitalization.
