what is wrong with my cat Teresa??

Hi Teresa, How are you?
I have a 2 year old Persian Cat, Possibly pregnant (not sure)for the last few days I noticed that she she is passing urine on the floor outside her litter box, I also noticed that she is not covering her feces in the litter box after finishing. nothing has changed at home, no other pets, what could possibly be wrong ???
Please help because I'm really worried about her.
N.B. (The only new event is that I finally changed her food from Friskies Purina to two top brands; Evo and Organix which I'm happy she likes)

Hi Fayza, I don't think the change of food has anything to do with it UNLESS she is having diarrhea. If her stools are loose she will not want to cover them as it will get her feet dirty!
Re the urine outside her box, she could have a urinary infection or she could be coming into heat again (if she is not pregnant) Girls that are in heat can become very messy as they get older and will pee anywhere they feel like it !
I would suggest you get her checked by your vet. He can determine if she is pregnant... and if she is NOT pregnant why is she not pregnant?! Sometimes not being able to get pregnant can be a sign of more serious problems brewing... such as pyometra.
