Rear Cat Claws

I can't seem to locate the 5th nail on my cats rear paws.  Where is the 5th one?

Hi Drew,

Don't worry, you don't have a defective cat, they only have  four toes on their back paws.  Its not unheard of for cats to have more than four on the back paws and more than five on the front but those are called "polydactyls" and some people prize them for their uniqueness.  In fact Ernest Hemingway loved them and there is still a colony of them maintained on his estate in Florida.
