Petting / Licking

Question
Recently when I scratch my cat's back near her tail she has to lick what ever is near or she makes strange faces with her tounge out, is there something wrong, should I take her too the vet??

There likely isn't anything wrong with your cat. She is probably just trying to tell you "ooooh that feels good, oh please don't stop!". Some cats can act kind of goofy when they are pet in certain places (where depends on the cat). I wouldn't be too worried unless she is also exhibiting signs like loss of appetite or inappropriate elimination. If these signs aren't present you can chalk this behavior up to a quirk and laugh at her! Hopefully this answers your question.
