male fixed cat

I have a year old male calico who is just over a year oldL i had him fixed at the beginning of april and since then he has gotten 2 of my female cats pregnant. they are all indoor cats and have not been exposed to any other males. how common is this_

If your cat was fixed properly, this would not happen.
Why not take him to your vet and have it confirmed that he was fixed. Most likely, whoever you took him to to get it done, did not do the procedure correctly. If they did, then your cat did not get the female cats pregnant. Another cat or cats did.
