If we think Bubble is getting near her due date, Why can we not see the kittens moving yet or feel anything???  Is it still maybe a bit early???

I would think by now, there would be some movement. I know you said she is a small cat, but if it is around week 7 or 8, she should be noticeably plumper and the kittens should be moving.  Now in first litters, things can go a little strange, so all my be OK. I would consider a trip to the vet to see if she is still pregnant. Then you will at least know what is going on.

If Bubble is pregnant, you may want to discuss with the vet procedures in case there is an emergency after office hours.
