Question
Hey. My cat had her first litter of kittens. After a week of having them she got real sick wouldnt eat, stop nursing. I notice her breast started having nots in them. Now she has two small holes. She insist on nursing. I let her nurse this morning now she has a much bigger hole.

It sounds to me like the mother cat might have mastitis. If that is the case allowing the kittens to nurse isn't healthy for anyone. In fact if they babies are still nursing you may have to feed kitten formula with bottles or supplementally depending on your vet's recommendations. Momma kitty should see a vet for treatment as soon as possible - she needs antibiotics and possibly other treatment to help drain her infected mammary glands.
