How to get an Turkissh Angora

Question
I love cats, but in the city I live in, there are no good cats just like Angoras. How can I get a beautiful, friendly and soft cat? Can I get one from you? And how much must I pay for it at least? I just want a "girl" with me to spend the lonely time.
 Sorry, I forgot to tell you where I am. I live in China, a northern-east small city named JiLin.The people here most like dogs, so nearly nobody to study, feed or sell cats.

According to experts with whom I have spoken in the past, pedigreed cats can not be imported into China. They can be sent to Hong Kong and then you go there to the airport and pick them up and take them home.
But direct shipment of cats into mainland China is not possible.
