Skin problem??  or...???
Dog started licking at her  'wrist'  a couple months ago...she licked at it many times during the day for two months and now theres a sore that won't heal....daily wash with peroxide has had no affect....if anything this sore has got a little bigger

This may be a "lick granuloma" which is actually a behavioral problem.  It is called an obsessive-compulsive disease (OCD).  In people, prozac is useful for these.  I remove these with a laser to get them to heal.  Check with your vet to make sure that it is a lick granuloma.
