Sore testicals

I just noticed today my dog lab, has sore balls, they are cracking and scabby. As far as i'm aware he doesn't have fleas. i've never seen this before on him.
two things recently he was soaked by my son in diluted washing up liquid and one of my other dogs has just had a season , no idea if either of these are related. What can i do to help him.

There is nothing I know of that will help this except getting him fixed. He is probably licking them like crazy since your dog was in heat. One of these two needs to be neutered (preferably both) so that you don't soon have an unwanted litter of puppies.

Otherwise you might want to get him into the vets and get this looked at. I am hoping he was rinsed off after the dishwashing liquid was poured onto him. If not, that can cause all kinds of skin irritations on a dog.

Get him in to see the vet soon.
