what type of sickness does my dog have help?

my dog is sick and i can tell he walks around very weak and he feels lighter but at least he is eating.He has thrown up a few times and im very worried and today he pooped out blood I need help and i cant take my dog to the vet because i cant afoord it.What is wrong with my dog?????

Unfortunately there are many things that can cause blood in the stool.  Parasites (such as various types of worms) can cause this and also cause weight loss.  Cancer of the GI tract and virus can also cause both.  Physical injury would not be as likely to cause weight loss nor would anal sac infection but both cause cause blood in the stool.

It would be highly recommended to have him seen by a veterinarian, however if this is not possible you can try over the counter deworming.  Other causes would not have treatment that you could do yourself unfortunately.
