Swollen Shoulder

Question
My Sheltie has a swollen left shoulder, he does not seem to be in pain and doesn't mind if the area is rubbed? Is there anything we can do to reduce the swelling? Thank you.

Hello David, this sounds odd to me.  Most of the time swelling will also be associated with pain.  
You can try a Benadryl 50 mg today.  ( just one dosage)

See if that reduces the swelling.  If not, please call the vet for an x-ray and exam.
