weird stuff happening to my beloved pet

Hello thanks for your help in advance. I have a 6 year old cornish rex cat.
She is cream blue dilute. She is usually clean. Over approximently four
months now she seems to be getting really dirty. Her coat, her belly is dirty
all the time. Her chin is dirty ( feline acne )? Her ears are even really dirty
and her nails. Tonight i was doing cleaning her ears and nails and as i was
cleaning her chin i noticed her lips and tongue were black instead of pink. I
am really scared now what is wrong with her and what can i do to help her?
Do you have any idea what the problem would be? Every time i take her to
the vet she is so sensitive and gets upset and when she comes home she
pees around the house especially on shoes. She is a indoor cat and never
goes outside.
Please help me if you can. I do appreciate it and i thank you in advance of
your reply.

It sounds like your cat has some kind of skin condition.  It is doubtful that what you are describing is dirt.  It is more likely her skin's overreaction to either inflammation or infection or both.  

I understand how difficult it is to take a cat to the vet.  I've rarely met a cat that likes it.  But....  She need to see a veterinarian in order to have her skin conditioned properly diagnosed and treated.
