fungal infection

we have a dog that was abused and has a fungal infection that keeps spreading causing infections and swelling.  The vet keeps giving her abts and ketocohzole{spelling?} He keeps saying she not improving and is going to change her meds than doesnt.  We have taken her to three different vets, nothing helping.  Any sujections  thank you very much

Hi Cathy - Yes, I can help - what foods are you feeding her?  Also, what breed of dog is she?  Please let me know if she is on any other medications or supplements...I will come up with a health plan for her.
